The Gong Fu Style
Recommended for: Oolong, Puer Tea
Amount of tea leaves: 1/3 - 1/2 of a teapot
Water temperature: 85℃ to 95℃
Warming up brew once
Infusion time: about 30 seconds to 1 munite


Lidded Cup
Recommended for: Green tea, Flower Scented tea
Amount: 1/5 - 1/4 of a lidded cup
Water temperature: 75℃ to 85℃
Warming up brew not necessary
Infusion time: about 10 seconds to 50 seconds


Double-pot
Recommended for: Puer Tea
Amount of tea leaves: 1/5 - 1/4 of a teapot
Water temperature: 100℃
Warming up brew once or twice
Infusion time: about 1 to 2 minutes


Strainer Mug
Recommended for: Black Tea, Mini Tuo Tea
Amount of tea leaves: 1/5-1/4 of the strainer
